SAF FRUIT BITES procures freeze-dried and dehydrated food products from selected suppliers. We do not manufacture products directly.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
• No returns or refunds once the product is opened or used.
• Refund or replacement is applicable only for damaged products or wrong items delivered.
• Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 working days.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must not misuse the website, violate applicable laws, or provide false or misleading information.
