Shipping & Delivery Policy – SAF FRUIT BITES


This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on SAF FRUIT BITES, a brand owned and operated by SAESHA AGRO FOODS LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Order processing time is usually 1–3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Orders placed after cut-off time may be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Partners
We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and customer location.

3. Delivery Timeline
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:
  – Courier delays
  – Weather conditions
  – Remote or non-serviceable locations
  – Force majeure events

SAF FRUIT BITES shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
• Any additional charges levied by courier partners for remote areas shall be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).
Customers are advised to track their orders using the provided tracking information.

6. Delivery Address
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
• SAF FRUIT BITES is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details.

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be required to bear re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit
If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:
• Take clear photos/videos before opening
• Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

Such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Serviceable Locations
Delivery is available only to locations serviceable by our courier partners. Certain pin codes may not be serviceable.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.
