Return & Refund Policy – SAF FRUIT BITES


This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from SAF FRUIT BITES, a brand owned and operated by SAESHA AGRO FOODS LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

1. No Return Policy for Opened Products
All products sold by SAF FRUIT BITES are food items. Once a product is opened or used, it is NOT eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Refund
A return or refund may be considered only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product received in damaged condition

Replaced products will be delivered within 2-3 business days

Amount will be credited within 7-10 bisiness days

Products will be delivered between 2-3 business days

3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
The complaint must be supported with clear photo or video proof showing:
• Outer package
• Inner product
• Invoice/label (if available)

Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval
All return/refund requests are subject to verification and approval by SAF FRUIT BITES.
The Company reserves the right to:
• Reject claims without sufficient proof
• Decide between replacement or refund

5. Refund Process
Once approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund timeline: within 7 working days from approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved:
• Replacement will be shipped once the damaged/wrong product issue is verified
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests before shipping may be accepted at the Company’s discretion.

8. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will NOT be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Taste or preference issues
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delay caused by courier partners or force majeure events
